Jennifer Cather, MD < Back Jennifer Cather, MD Faculty Jennifer C. Cather, MD, FAAD, is the Medical Director and Founder of Mindful Dermatology and Modern Research Associates in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Cather earned her BA in Chemistry at the University of Texas, graduating Magna Cum Laude and her MD at the University of Texas-Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. After completing anInternal Medicine internship at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, she completed a Clinical Research Fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center and a residency in Dermatology at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. She is licensed to practice in Texas and California and is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Cather has been an investigator in more than 275 clinical research trials in the areas of psoriasis and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma and has authored or co-authored numerous abstracts and manuscripts. Her writing has appeared in such publications as the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, The British Journal of Dermatology, the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology, Cutis, Dermatologic Therapy, and Dermatologic Clinics. Dr. Cather lectures on investigational therapies in psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, melanoma, and graft versus host disease, and she frequently serves as a consultant within these disciplines. Dr. Clarke has been at the forefront of the company’s mission to revolutionize dermatological care through non-invasive genomic testing. A board-certified Pathologist and Dermatopathologist, Dr. Clarke brings extensive experience in clinical dermatopathology and molecular diagnostics. Prior to DermTech, he served as faculty at Penn State University’s Hershey Medical Center and contributed to the development of novel molecular diagnostics for melanoma at Myriad Genetics. Dr. Clarke has contributed significantly to the medical and scientific literature, authoring or co-authoring over 60 peer-reviewed publications, as well as numerous book chapters and a textbook on Dermatopathology. Mr. Gray has worked for Fortune 1-250, start-up, and early-stage companies in industries including retail, airlines, travel distribution, financial services, healthcare insurance, consulting, and commercial software. Mr. Gray is currently a Director, Data Science at Walmart Global Tech – US Omni Retail Tech where he leads teams that increase efficiency, cost effectiveness, and profit performance leveraging data and advanced analytics methods and solutions focused on End-to-End Fulfillment. His teams deliver economic impact and business value in the 9-figure range annually. He has been a member of two INFORMS Prize winning organizations: Walmart (2023) and American Airlines (1990). Previously, Mr. Gray served as Director, Enterprise Data & Analytics at Southwest Airlines. Through the data and analytics solutions delivered, Doug’s organization at Southwest Airlines generated $100M in annual operating cost reduction, and $100M in annual revenue augmentation. As a result, the team was recognized with the following awards: Teradata EPIC Award, FICO Decision Management Innovation Award, Alteryx Best Business ROI Award (2), Drexel LeBow Analytics50 Award (2), and AGIFORS Operations Best Innovation Award. Mr. Gray was a founding team member at award-winning American Airlines Decision Technologies (AADT) (now part of CAE, Inc.), which pioneered numerous innovations driving substantial economic impact in the use of Analytics in the airline industry, solving commercial and operational problems across the enterprise. At Sabre, he served as the founding CTO of Travelocity.com , the world’s first real-time, Internet-based travel reservation system. Mark Nestor, MD, PhD < Back Mark Nestor, MD, PhD Faculty Mark S. Nestor, M.D., Ph.D., F.A.A.D. is a board-certified Dermatologist and serves as Director of the Center for Clinical and Cosmetic Research™ and the Center for Cosmetic Enhancement®, Aventura, Florida. He is a Voluntary Professor in the Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery and the Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. He is the current President of the American Cutaneous Oncology Society, a past President of the American Society for Photodynamic Therapy, the International Society for Cosmetic and Laser Surgeons, and the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. As Director for CCCR, he has conducted more than 150 FDA and non-FDA clinical trials. Dr. Nestor is recognized as a world expert in clinical therapeutics, drug delivery systems, and research in many areas of clinical Dermatology and aesthetics including acne, psoriasis, and skin cancer, light therapies to treat skin disease, cutaneous laser surgery, photodynamic therapy, and Superficial Radiation Therapy. His aesthetic expertise includes lasers, RF, and other devices, fillers and he recently developed new clinical postulates for botulinum toxins. He has authored over 100 articles and book chapters, has delivered over 1000 major presentations around the world, and is viewed as an internationally acclaimed lecturer and instructor of clinical and aesthetic dermatology. Dr. Nestor also serves as a consultant to numerous pharmaceutical and device companies assisting them in the development of new medications, devices, and cosmeceuticals. He has had first hand involvement in numerous Incident Response cases, cyber forensics investigations, worked with cyber attorneys through various legal challenges, and is a member of the North Texas FBI Infragard Community. Justin has over 18 years of organizational leadership experience and brings that executive perspective into client cyber issues. Justin assisted with the founding and launch of a Managed Security Services Provider and later joined the board of an international Private Equity Group seeking cyber acquisitions throughout the United States. Through these projects he developed key relationships in the industry that have allowed Crucial Cyber access to leading cyber talent and ‘out of the box’ thinking in order to reduce cyber risks. He enjoys the challenges of entrepreneurship and has started and led multiple early-stage businesses. Jim is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law and the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration/economics with honors. He was the recipient of the OU President’s Medal and the prestigious Letseizer Award for outstanding graduate. Jim was a Commander in the US Navy Reserve (Ret.).
