A limited number of rooms at The Hythe Vail hotel have been reserved at the special $599 conference rates for the Practical Symposium | Winter meeting dates [Thursday, January 21st through Sunday, January 24th].  These rooms are available only to registered attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.  The special rate ends on December 22, 2026, or when the room block sells out.

​Note:  The lecture room, exhibit hall, meals, and social events are all held within The Hythe Vail.
